New Clients

Make a payment for the APS Assessment HERE

Every new client MUST complete an initial APS Temperament Assessment - $85 per person

Please pay for your assessment and first session together. When we receive your payment, we will process the assessment. (Please allow 24 hours).You will receive the assessment link via email from NCCA.

Existing Clients

Make a payment for your session HERE

Payments are due 24 hours before your session

How long are the sessions?

Children 17 and under

30 minute per session

College age students

40 minute per session

Adults - 21 and above

50 minute per session

Couple's Counseling

50 minute per session

Family Counseling

50 minute per session

Do you accept Insurance?

We do not accept insurance.

Can you prescribe medication?

No, we cannot prescribe medication

Payment Schedule

  • Monthly payments are due on the 30th of the prior month to secure your sessions for the upcoming month.

  • Sessions are reserved based on timely payment. If we do not get your payment by the 30th, and do not hear from you, we will assume you are not interested in sessions for the upcoming month and will give your time slot to someone on the waitlist. We can always find a different time slot/day for you whenever you are willing to return.

What is your cancellation policy?


To ensure clarity and consistency for all clients, please review the information below regarding monthly sessions and payments:

We have chosen NOT to increase our counseling fees at this time.

Payment Schedule

  • Monthly payments are due on the 30th of the prior month to secure your sessions for the upcoming month.

  • Sessions are reserved based on timely payment. If we do not get your payment by the 30th, and do not hear from you, we will assume you are not interested in sessions for the upcoming month and will give your time slot to someone on the waitlist. We can always find a different time slot/day for you whenever you are willing to return.

Nonprofit Policy & Refunds

  • As a nonprofit Christian Counseling service, our fees are intentionally kept very low and are designed only to cover basic operational overhead.

  • Because of this structure, there are no refunds or credits for missed sessions, including missed appointments due to personal scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

Cancellations by Counselor

  • If Dr. Abiola needs to cancel a scheduled session, your payment amount will be prorated accordingly for that month.

Additional Important Information

  • Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule within the same week, as availability is limited.

  • Fees and policies apply per person and are not transferable.

Rates

As a ministry, we greatly appreciate Donations. This allows us to provide quality services at an affordable rate to as many people as possible.

Individual Sessions are $100 per month per person. (You get 3 - 4 sessions per month)

Couples sessions - $100 per month per person = $200 for the month. (You get 3-4 sessions for the month.

Group Sessions - $100 per month per person (You get 3-4 sessions per month
