New Clients
Make a payment for the APS Assessment HERE
Every new client MUST complete an initial APS Temperament Assessment - $85 per person
Please pay for your assessment and first session together. When we receive your payment, we will process the assessment. (Please allow 24 hours).You will receive the assessment link via email from NCCA.
Existing Clients

Payments are due 24 hours before your session
How long are the sessions?
Children 17 and under
30 minute per session
College age students
40 minute per session
Adults - 21 and above
50 minute per session
Couple's Counseling
50 minute per session
Family Counseling
50 minute per session
Do you accept Insurance?
We do not accept insurance.
Can you prescribe medication?
No, we cannot prescribe medication
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the full session rate.
We are a non-profit service, and we have kept our rate low to make this service accessible and affordable for as many people as need it. If you cancel multiple times and payment for the sessions is not made, we will remove you from the rotation until you are ready to return. At that time, you might need to pick a new time slot/date.
Rates
As a ministry, we greatly appreciate Donations. This allows us to maintain lower rates and provide services to as many people as possible.
Each session is $25 per person
